This document is a legally binding agreement between you and THE LEGAL PLAYBOOK CO (the "Company"). Your purchase of any product or service is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). By purchasing, accessing, and using any Content, you signify your consent to these Terms of Use without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree, please do not purchase the product.

1. Non-Legal Advice and Attorney-Client Disclaimer

THE LEGAL PLAYBOOK CO is NOT a law firm, and its Creators are NOT acting as your attorney.

The content (including the Pro Se Desk Reference, Pro Se Court Filing Kit, Master Motion & Affidavit Lists, Templates, Ebooks, Motions, and any educational calls, collectively referred to as the "Content") is strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Content provides self-help information to assist you in preparing your own legal filings ("pro se").

• The Content does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the creation of an attorney-client relationship.

• The coaching calls are for educational guidance on using the templates and understanding the general process, notfor providing case-specific legal strategy or advice.

• You are solely responsible for using the documents and information, for all filing procedures, deadlines, and the outcome of your case.

• If you need legal advice, you must hire a licensed attorney.

2. Intellectual Property and Content License

All Content purchased is the exclusive property of THE LEGAL PLAYBOOK CO and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Limited Personal Use: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal purposes in your single legal matter.

• Prohibited Use & Sharing: Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for public or commercial purposes. Unauthorized sharing or modification of the Content is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights and may be subject to damages and penalties.

• Termination: The Company has the right to terminate access to Content and accounts that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms of Use. If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated, notify the Company at thelegalplaybookco@gmail.com.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for your reliance on the Content.

• Accuracy and Warranty: While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate information, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, applicability, or suitability for your specific jurisdiction. All Content is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• No Guarantee of Success: The Company does not warrant, make any representations, or guarantee the success or outcome of your legal case. You accept all responsibility for evaluating your situation and executing your own plan.

• Limitation of Liability: NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING THE CONTENT SHALL BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising out of your access to or use of the Content.

• No Refunds: DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCT AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO PROPRIETARY TEMPLATES AND LISTS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OFFERED (as further detailed in our Refund Policy).

4. Coaching Calls and Rescheduling

If your purchase includes calls with the Company, the following terms apply:

• Scheduling and Forfeiture: You are responsible for scheduling and attending your calls. All bookings are non-refundable.

  • You must email thelegalplaybookco@gmail.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION- [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your scheduled call to reschedule.

  • Failure to show up or reschedule within the 48-hour window results in the forfeiture of that call.

  • After 3 no-call, no-shows, you forfeit the coaching calls completely.

• Conclusion of Service: Coaching services are intended for the initial phase of your process and will conclude 90 days after the date of purchase, or immediately upon the successful filing of your initial Complaint/Petition, whichever comes first.

5. Indemnification and Governing Law

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold THE LEGAL PLAYBOOK CO and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Content.

• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdictionof the state and federal courts sitting in Orange County, Florida.

• Revisions: These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically review this page
