Refund Policy

This policy governs the sale of all non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods purchased from our website, including the PRO SE DESK REFERENCE, the PRO SE COURT FILING KIT, all individual PRO SE COURT TEMPLATES, and all MASTER MOTION & AFFIDAVIT LISTS.

 

All Sales are Final

The products we sell are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods based on proprietary legal knowledge and formatting. Once a purchase is made and the product file (or access link) has been delivered or downloaded by the customer, all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds.

The fee paid grants you immediate and permanent access to this proprietary information. Because the value is instantly transferred upon access, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

No exchanges.

Exception for Technical Errors (Non-Access)

We are dedicated to ensuring you successfully receive the digital product you paid for. If a technical issue on our end prevents you from receiving or downloading the product after a successful payment has been confirmed, we adhere to the following protocol:

Our first priority is always to ensure successful delivery of your purchased product.

  1. Diligent Delivery Attempt: Upon notification of a non-access issue, we will be diligent and persistent in attempting to deliver the product through an alternative, verified means (e.g., email a direct link, reset access permissions).

  2. Refund as Last Resort: Only if we are genuinely unable to resolve the technical access issue and ensure delivery of the file within a reasonable timeframe (typically three business days) will a full refund be processed.

By purchasing, you agree that we will have the opportunity to resolve any technical delivery issues before a refund is considered.

 

No Refunds for These Reasons:

We strictly adhere to a no-refund policy for the following scenarios, as they do not constitute a technical failure of the product delivery:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after purchasing.

  • Incorrect Purchase: You purchased the wrong product and wish to exchange it for a different product (e.g., you purchased the Bankruptcy list but needed the Family Law list). Please verify your selection before finalizing your order.

  • Product Misinterpretation: You misinterpreted the product description (e.g., you thought a "Master List" was an instruction manual or legal advice).

  • Hiring an Attorney: You hire an attorney, decide not to proceed, or withdraw from your case after purchasing the product.

  • Lack of Success: You did not achieve a favorable outcome in your legal case. Our products provide tools and strategic clarity, but we do not guarantee legal outcomes.

  • Lack of Compatibility: You do not own the necessary software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PDF reader) to open and edit the file formats.
